In case you have physical folio please prefix "PESC" before your 7 digit folio no-:
For Example :
(1) If you have folio no of 5 digits, then write PESC00XXXXX
(2) If you have folio no of 6 digit- then write PESC0XXXXXX
(3) If you have folio no of 7 digit- then write PESCXXXXXXX
